Join us on the last Sunday of every month at 11:15 AM for our dedicated Men’s Class — designed to help men train smarter, recover faster, and feel more balanced in both body and mind.

This session is ideal for men who lift weights, box, run, play golf, train CrossFit, serve in the military, work in the trades — or simply want more balance, clarity, and mental wellness in their lives. Whether you’re under a barbell, on duty, on site, or navigating the pressures of everyday life, this class supports the physical and mental demands placed on you.

Using heat, strength work, mobility training, and breathwork, we focus on common tension areas — hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back, and core — helping to counteract heavy lifting, repetitive movement, load-bearing, long hours on your feet, and built-up stress.

SOUND BATH AND MEDITATION

Step into an evening of deep rest, restoration, and immersive sound.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to a greater sense of balance and clarity. You’ll be gently guided through a calming meditation while resting comfortably, allowing the body and nervous system to fully unwind.

Layered throughout the experience are soothing sound frequencies, subtle energetic practices, and light language — intuitive tones and sounds intended to support relaxation, presence, and inner connection beyond the thinking mind.

This is a space to pause from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supportive environment. Optional personal reflections will be offered at the close of the session for those who wish to receive them.

Everything is offered as an invitation — come exactly as you are and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply nourished.

Yoga mats will be provided. You are welcome to bring anything additional such as cushions, blankets and water that will support your comfort. Pen and paper are optional for post-session reflections.

The Wild Rose Temple Retreat is an intimate day designed for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore the quiet voice of their inner knowing.

Inspired by the symbolism of the wild rose – a flower that grows freely, beautifully and with protective thorns – this retreat invites you to gently peel back the layers and allow your authentic self to unfold.

Throughout the day we will move between embodiment, reflection and intuitive practices, creating space for clarity, insight and deep nourishment.

This is not about doing more or becoming someone new. It is about remembering the wisdom that already lives within you.

What the Day Includes

Wild Rose Yoga Flow – a gentle, intuitive yoga practice focused on heart opening, grounding and softening the body.

Guided Rose Garden Meditation – a calming visualisation journey designed to deepen self-awareness and inner connection.

Pendulum Intuition Workshop – learn how to use a pendulum as a tool to connect with your intuition and energetic awareness.

Oracle Card Ritual – explore intuitive card reading and receive guidance through a beautiful Wild Rose spread.

Rose Tea Ceremony – a mindful ritual to pause, reflect and open the heart.

Sacred Women's Circle – a supportive space for sharing, reflection and connection.

The Experience

The retreat is intentionally limited to 13 women to create a warm and intimate environment where everyone feels seen, supported and able to explore at their own pace.

Expect a peaceful and nurturing atmosphere with:

Bump, Breath & Bond is a 4-week prenatal circle designed to support your body, mind, and heart as you prepare for birth and beyond. Each session begins with 45 minutes of gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga with Lizzy, guiding your body through movements that ease tension, improve circulation, and nurture strength.

The practice flows into 30 minutes of pregnancy relaxation with Cat, helping to dispel fear, reduce anxiety, and promote bonding with your baby. Finally, we close the circle with tea, connection, and conversation — a space to share, learn, and feel supported by a community of other parents-to-be.
