Join us on the last Sunday of every month at 11:15 AM for our dedicated Men’s Class — designed to help men train smarter, recover faster, and feel more balanced in both body and mind.

This session is ideal for men who lift weights, box, run, play golf, train CrossFit, serve in the military, work in the trades — or simply want more balance, clarity, and mental wellness in their lives. Whether you’re under a barbell, on duty, on site, or navigating the pressures of everyday life, this class supports the physical and mental demands placed on you.

Using heat, strength work, mobility training, and breathwork, we focus on common tension areas — hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back, and core — helping to counteract heavy lifting, repetitive movement, load-bearing, long hours on your feet, and built-up stress.
