Refund Policy
Saku Hot Yoga, Pilates and Wellness Studio
1. Overview
At Saku Hot Yoga, Pilates and Wellness Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality yoga,
Pilates, and wellness services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing classes, memberships, workshops, or retail items.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Class Packages
All single classes and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class packages must be used within the specified validity period.
Extensions may be granted only in cases of medical emergency, with appropriate
documentation, at management’s discretion.
3. Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Membership cancellations require written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cyle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Memberships may be paused for medical reasons with documentation, subject to approval and subject to an admin fee.
4. Workshops & Special Events
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may receive studio credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
If Saku Hot Yoga, Pilates and Wellness Studio cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or studio credit.
5. Retail Purchases
Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Opened wellness products, water bottles, and personal items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
6. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Classes must be cancelled prior to start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: Loss of class credit, or late cancellation fee for members.
Please note the studio doors are locked at the start time. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time as refunds will not be given for lateness.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
8. Policy Changes
Saku Hot Yoga, Pilates and Wellness Studio reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
