Bump, Breath & Bond is a 4-week prenatal circle designed to support your body, mind, and heart as you prepare for birth and beyond. Each session begins with 45 minutes of gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga with Lizzy, guiding your body through movements that ease tension, improve circulation, and nurture strength.
The practice flows into 30 minutes of pregnancy relaxation with Cat, helping to dispel fear, reduce anxiety, and promote bonding with your baby. Finally, we close the circle with tea, connection, and conversation — a space to share, learn, and feel supported by a community of other parents-to-be.
