Kokoro Flow
Kokoro Flow is a slower , soulful yoga experience that blends mindful movement with deep breathwork to help you reconnect with your body and reset your nervous system. Inspired by the Japanese word kokoro—which means heart, mind, and spirit—this flow is all about moving with intention, presence, and ease.
This class offers a gentle, breath-led flow that’s perfect for anyone looking to slow down, release tension, and find a deeper sense of calm. Reiki, Sound & Stretch is a deeply restorative yoga experience that blends gentle movement, energy healing, and sound therapy to create full-body relaxation and energetic balance. This unique class combines long-held stretches with the healing touch of Reiki and the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, chimes, or other instruments.
You’ll be guided through a slow, floor-based sequence designed to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and open subtle energy pathways. Beginners Flow
Saku Hot Flow: Foundations is a beginner-friendly version of our signature hot yoga flow—designed to build confidence, strength, and understanding from the ground up. Set in a gently heated room, this class moves at a supportive pace, offering clear guidance on foundational postures, breath, and alignment.
You’ll explore key standing, seated, and balancing poses, with options and modifications throughout to meet you where you are. As you gain familiarity and ease, you'll be gently guided toward more dynamic sequences—always with encouragement, never with pressure.
Perfect for beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone looking to move mindfully in the heat while building a strong foundation.
Zen Restore
Zen Restore is a deeply calming restorative yoga practice designed to reset your nervous system and bring balance to body and mind. Using supportive postures, the healing power of Reiki, intentional breathwork (pranayama), and guided yoga nidra, this class invites you to fully relax, release tension, and restore from the inside out.
The class is typically held in comfortable heat, often set between 75–80°F (24–27°C), just warm enough to help muscles relax, improve circulation, and deepen stretches without overwhelming the body. The warmth, combined with gentle movements, creates a soothing experience that nurtures the body and calms the nervous system.

Dao Yin Yoga
Dao Yin Yoga combines some of the familiar yoga asanas we know in the West with flowing movements associated with Tai Chi. The result? Mindful movements, controlled breathing and mental focus to improve health and wellbeing.
You can expect a practice that focuses on slow, meditative poses that we hold for longer durations, promoting deep stretches and relaxation. The emphasis is on cultivating body-mind harmony, releasing physical tension and improving flexibility.
All levels welcome. For beginners, Dao Yin is a gentle way to improve flexibility, circulation and promote a sense of calm; it is not strenuous, making it accessible to those who may find more intense workouts challenging. More seasoned practitioners can explore deeper stretches, engage in more mindful body awareness, and cultivate a stronger connection between mind and body. They may also experience more subtle adjustments in their range of motion and flexibility as they hold poses for longer durations.
